The NanaTech Brand

Brand Marketing

NanaTech is a Togolese government initiative designed to foster the emergence of women in digital transformation, paying homage to the iconic Nana Benz. This project was spearheaded by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Digital Transformation (MENTD), with financial backing from the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) via OMCA-Togo, and technical expertise from Seedstars.

As the Marketing & Communications Consultant for the pilot phase, on behalf of Seedstars, my mission was to orchestrate the entire strategy and its implementation. I led the creation of the project's brand identity and oversaw the delivery of the NanaTech Brand Book, while also providing artistic direction and supervising the website's web development. I developed a comprehensive communication strategy, perfectly aligned with NanaTech's program objectives, and produced and supervised the creation of all visual assets, from social media content and advertisements to branding materials. Finally, I mentored a cohort of 10 entrepreneurs in developing their branding and communication strategies. This was a truly engaging mission, at the heart of a project directly impacting the digital future of Togolese women.

Working with Sabine on the NanaTech project was a great success. She brilliantly embodied our “get shit done” and “keep it swiss” values, effectively orchestrating the creation of the brand identity and a comprehensive communications strategy. Her professionalism and dedication were essential to the launch of this crucial initiative. We are very proud of her work and impact.
